- Insert page numbers... this allows you to sort the paragraphs, date, timing etc...

-background= this allows you to put any background of your choice of your theme.

-If you go to microsoft and you don't want the arrows in the menu's because sometimes it can get annoying since it doesen't show all of the stuff.What you can do is... you can get rid of them. how do you get rid of them?
well you go to tool bar, click on the arrows, that will show the whole main page. then you just click on customize and then click on the second option. The arrows will be gone.

-you can even make your own tool bar. You go to tools, go to customize and press new. That will allow you to make your own tool bar. So it is much more easier. like if you use word count, vocabulary you can just add that in your tool bar.

- you can change your view page as well. it's also called zoom page. for example on 55% you can seee how your page is going to look beofre you print. In 100% is where you just wirte out your document or what ever assignment you have.\

-Add and remove buttons= Beside the question mark in microsoft word, there is a arrow like thing it called add or remove buttons .You can remove the buttons or add buttons on top of the screen. So... say if you don't want the save button to be on top you can get rid of it.

-Splitting your screen= this allows you to spit or to divide your page. If you have many colums it will allow you to divide it.

-In help I never new that you can hide the little person which comes on the screen and says can I help you. I just pressed on help and went to show the Office assistent or hide the ofice assistent.
So you can hide the little guy or you can make it show.

-You can break your pages into half. You go to insert and break.

When you go to help and go to detect and repair it will automatically find and fix erros in this aplication.

it went pretty good
iIwent to podcast.net and typed in fashion in bollywood and I got this podcast about bollywood movies. It talks about the new releases in bollywood. Like Dhoom 2, Jann-e-man and don which every one was very exuberant about. There was this guy and there was this girl. The girl was basically narrating the show. It had songs from the movie. I actually loved the podcast because it wasn't boring. It kept you keen about what they were going to say. It had a lot of detail. The best thing I found in the podcast was the songs. I love hindi music and there it was in my podcast. I hope every one enjoyed it.

Our next assignment is to explore the menu's on microsoft word.

One thing I learned in computer class that I did not know about is " Jardan" is a element of talking that is not easy to understand." Geek speak."

We had the powerpoint test..!!!!! it wasn't as bad as I thoght. I think i did ok, but i could have done it much better. I guess i didn't take it that seriously. I guess some stuff, and I think I got it right.

Today is friday and yesterday Mr. case was telling us what Podcast is. It is a Mp3 player. You can listen to it anytime. you can forward it or rewind it.

During a Slide Show, Bring Up List of Slide Show Controls and Shortcuts you press F1
If you want to return to Previous Slide in Slide Show you Backspace or P or Left Arrow or Up Arrow or Page Up.

Today Mr. Case told us to look for what podcast is, and I did look for podcast . it is an online dictionary for many different things. Like entertainment, arts science & nature.
it was suggested in the early 2000. podcasting are also useful in "radio shows". it's also kind if like a magazine.

From the past 2 classes we have been learning about powerpoint. To be honest I thoght I new everything about powerpoint and I thoght I was a expert but you know what Mr Case?..... I was wrong. I never new that, when doing a powerpoint presentation we shouldn't put a video clip aur a moving object in the slide. We should put a simple slide, because we want to catch the audience attention on you not the slide. A good way to start a presentation is to BLANK A SCREEN. BY USING THE "B" KEY TO BLANK THE SCREEN. It's good to do that so the audience don't know what your going to talk about. You want to make them curious and exuberant about what your going to talk about. By making a template in your powerpoint will make the powerpoint seem professional.
Some teachers and students but the worst sounds in their presentation. DO NOT DO THAT. that just makes the presentaion seem like your in kindergarten and your using those ugly sounds. Still teachers and students make that mistake and think it's fun and c00l. BUT IT'S NOT.
If you want to teach someone about anything on your slide, you can add a arrow. On which they can refer back to the previous slide.
You can use backgrounds but the text writting that you do on it make sure it shows. Don't use a colour like ;red and yellow because that will hurt the viwers eye. So make sure that your colour of text is suited on that background.
Do not fill up the slides with a lot of pictures and a lot of text. powerpoint presentations are for jont notes and the rest you have to expand on it. If you put a lot of words and read off it directly, that will make the presentation very boring.
